Information collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you choose to send. If you schedule a call, your name, email address, availability, and any scheduling details you provide are also processed. Technical request information may be processed as part of operating and securing the website.

Purpose and legal basis

Your information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and maintain necessary business correspondence. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering a contract and on the legitimate interest in responding to relevant professional enquiries.

Your information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Service providers and transfers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. See Formspree's security and privacy information. Scheduling is provided by Calendly, LLC. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and privacy-focused web analytics. Email and infrastructure providers may process information where necessary to deliver and respond to your message.

Some providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Formspree states that it relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers made in its role as a data processor.

Calendly processes scheduling information on behalf of its customers and also publishes its own privacy notice.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted within 12 months after the last exchange. If an engagement proceeds, relevant correspondence and records may be retained for the period required by contractual, accounting, or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, or object to its processing. Use the contact form and include “Privacy request” in the message to make a request.

You may also lodge a complaint with Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance information. Cloudflare states that this product does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
